| BeltWide EPS Trays |
The EPS trays made under BeltWide name, feature unique cell designs that allow for highest density molding and price convenience – or light density molding at the best price. These trays are 20 – 25% less deep than a conventional EPS tray.
Tray sizes are approximately 27” x 14” Depths will vary.
BW 288 Glazed
Manufactured with the latest molding techniques. The interior of the cell is ‘melted or ‘glazed,’ making the cell nearly impervious to root penetration. The tray is molded at 2.2 pounds of density, and is 2” deep.
BW 288 Super Heavy Duty and Light Duty
This is the same tray outline as the BW Glazed tray, using traditional molding techniques. SHD is molded at 2.5 pounds of density, and LD’s at 1.6 pounds.
BW 338 SHD and LD
The same cell design used for the BW glazed, SHD, and LD designs. It is 1.75” deep.
BW 288 Shallow
Reduced capacity cell for tobacco seedlings. It uses ½ of the soilless media of traditional trays. In tobacco seedlings, this has no effect on plant performance in the field.
